06 December 2012 – HT PACE Painting Competition
On the spot Painting Competition was organized on 6th December 2012 for classes III – V in collaboration with Hindustan Times. Students were give topics according to their age groups like ‘School Chale Hum’ for classes III – IV, ‘When I grow up, I want to become a…….’ for classes V – VII and ‘Right to Education’ for class VIII. Students made beautiful paintings portraying their ambitious careers like teacher, doctor, artist, pilot etc. Few students even showed their keen interest to eradicate child labour and expressed their support for ‘Right to Education’, for every child.
Certificates of participation were awarded to all the students and top three winning entries were selected for the Mega Exhibition organized by Hindustan Times that pledge to proceed towards the cause of educating underprivileged children.

4th December 2012 - Talent Hunt Competition
 Talent is an ability that someone is born with people may have talent for music, dancing, acting, sport and other skills. Each one of us is talented. GOD has bestowed everyone with some or the other talent.
Sachdeva Global School organized a Talent Hunt Competition on 4th December 2012 for students of classes III - X. The students got a chance to put their best foot forward by showcasing their talents. They also enjoyed it and participated with full vigor. The categories involved were solo and group dance, solo song, instrumental and mime show.

(18th-19th) October 2012 - Annual Athletic Meet
A healthy mind dwells in a healthy body, and a healthy and strong body is not possible without sports. Sports strengthen the power of endurance and promote discipline, fair play and team spirit. To inculcate these qualities, Sachdeba Global School, Dwarka celebrated its Annual Athletic Meet on Thursday, 18th October 2012 for Juniors and Friday, 19th October 2012 for Seniors. Mr Anil Sachdeva, Member of the Management Committee was the guest of honour. The Academic Supervisor, Mrs. Sumana Dutta, declared the meet open as the Sports Captain ran across the track holding the torch high. All participants from the different classes displayed zeal and sportsmanship by participating in different races, skating, yoga, pyramid formation, mass PT etc. The meet ended with the awarding of certificate and medals by Mr. Anil Sachdeva. The meet successfully ended with the National Anthem.
28th July 2012 - Inter House Throwball Match
Sachdeva Global School organized Inter-house Throwball Match on Friday, 28th July 2012. The first preliminary match was played between Pride and Peace House, in which Pride House won by 15 – 13. The second preliminary match saw Harmony house as the winner, with a score of 15 – 13. In a nail biting final match between Pride and Harmony houses, Pride house won with a score of 16 – 14.
9th May 2012 - Mantra Chanting and Bhajan Competition
Mantras and Bhajans, when recited with devotion, concentration and understanding, revitalize the body and mind with mystic power and harmonize thought and action. Therefore, it is very important that our children learn to pray. Keeping this in mind, ‘Mantra Chanting and Bhajan Competition’ was organized for Classes III–IV. Students participated in large numbers and embodied the spirit of bhakti as Ms. Sofia and Ms. Komal judged the event. Students who exhibited extra ordinary talent in the competition received Certificates of Merit.

4th May 2012 – Inter-House Science Quiz
Students of Classes VI – VIII enjoyed an interesting Inter-House Science Quiz on Friday, 4th May 2012. There were 6 participants in each house team and the quiz comprised of 4 rounds:
1. Clues Round
2. Identify The Scientist Round
3. Non – Stop JAM Round
4. Rapid Fire Round
All questions were well researched and kept our ‘Young Scientists’ minds ticking throughout the quiz. To keep the audience alert and interested, questions were posed to them at regular intervals.

This quiz served a dual purpose, it not only checked their knowledge of science but also their ability to think quickly and answer promptly. Everyone enjoyed and the winning teams were very happy!
19th April 2012 - Inter House Badminton Match
“All study and no play make Jack a dull boy”.
Keeping this in mind an Inter House Badminton Match was organized on Thursday, 19th April 2012 for students of Classes VI – IX. The matches were played on knock-out basis with each team having six members. In the first round Pride House defeated Peace House by 2 - 0. In the second match Glory House defeated Harmony House by 2 – 1.
The final match was held between teams of Glory and Pride in which Glory House won by 2 – 0. The students found this event extremely refreshing as they were active throughout the event and they played with zeal.
