CELEBRATING 150 YEARS OF GANDHI

Mahatma Gandhi is the symbol of peace and truth. Gandhian thoughts, principles, values and
ideals encourage students to always be with the truth and follow a non – violent path towards
progress. In order to mark the celebrations of 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi,
students participated in various activities and wrote thoughtfully in promoting a culture of
peace and sustainable development.

LIFE INSPIRES ME TO…

Mahatma Gandhi’s life inspires me to
A person who shows courage and valour,
A person who doesn’t find the backdoor.
That person who has outrun,
Mahatma Gandhi, he is that special someone.

He showed us the way of truth and integrity,
He didn’t get swayed by a mystery.
He showed the world how high his potential can get,
He stopped before nothing, you can bet.

The one who believed that no work was small,
Or too big for the matter at all.
What do we learn from a person like that,
Are we improving our life’s stat?

What inspires me the most,
To never crib, give in or boast.
He was also an inspiration to keep our lives clean.
There was never a clump of dirt seen.

Those who care, they love and they share,
His epic adventures of great humanity.
His life was a great, inspiring story,
That went down in India’s history.
