International Exchange Program - USA
In accordance with our international policy of building bonds with educational institutions across the globe, share their best practices and provide students a platform to interact with foreign students, SGS organized a trip to Montessori World School Orlando, USA.
11 students (Grade VI to XII) of SGS along with Mrs. Novita Chopra (Head of School) visited Orlando from 20th - 24th May 2014. They toured the whole school not only to view infrastructure but also to understand teaching - learning methodology and cross cultural activities. Play way method and teaching aids used by USA school for their Primary classes was a delight to watch. Middle school students of Montessori World School were paired up with SGS students to do number of activities on developing communication skills. More activities and projects were planned for online exchange among the students. It was a very educative and fruitful experience for all.
