23rd to 27th October 2010 – Zonal Athletic Meet
Students of the school actively participated in the ‘Zonal Athletic Meet (Zone – 21)’. Jasni K. Basheer of Class VIII added another feather in her cap and made the school proud by winning a silver medal in sub junior group.

25th October 2010 - Diya Making Activity
Making vessels from clay is an ancient art. Potters have used raw earth to create priceless vessels that have withstood the test of time. Diya Making activity, was organized by the school for students of Classes I – II.
A potter was invited to the school to introduce our students to this art. Students were thrilled to mould the clay according to their imagination and creativity. They made diyas of varied shapes, sizes and designs. This activity opened the doors to the world of pottery to our students. They held their own creations with great pride to light up on the occasion of Diwali.
8th to 11th October 2010 – CBSE, Skating Competition
Two of our students, Inakshi of Class VII and Sangharsh of Class IX participated in a Skating Competition organized by CBSE, for North Zone-I held at K.B.DAV, Sec-7 Chandigarh. Both of them did very well and Sangharsh was successful in winning a bronze medal in the event. Very well done indeed!
21st October 2010 - Puppet Show
To acquaint our students with traditional means of entertainment the school organised a ‘Puppet Show’ by the famous puppeteers from Rajasthan.
After an introduction and historical brief of the famous King Maharana Pratap of Mewar the royal court of the King was shown. Students thoroughly enjoyed the show which included the royal magician, dancer, snake charmer of the royal court along with the story of the King. To spice up the show the puppeteers sang songs along with a hilarious narration.
The show was greatly appreciated by the students and teachers of the school.
