January 2014 – National Painting Competition OGCF 2014
 Noorain Sheikh of class X participated in the Painting Competition by PCRA for Oil & Gas Conservation Fortnight (OGCF 2014).
She won consolation prize of Rs. 2000/ and a certificate of merit in National Level Painting Competition.
31th January 2014 – Assembly “Patriotism”
 By Patriotism, we mean genuine love for one’s own country. We recently celebrated 65 years of being Republic. With the same feeling, the students of Blooms E presented an Assembly on the theme “Patriotism”. The children were dressed as National Leaders such as Rani LaxmiBai, Mangal Pandey, Bhagat Singh etc. and presented a beautiful dance performance on the song “VandeMataram”. They also took a pledge to protect, respect and love their country. Various props like tri-coloured balloons, sash and bands were used which made the assembly more colourful. The students brought the stage alive with their passion and love for the country.
30th January 2014 – Fancy Dress Competition (Theme: Patriotism)
 An inter class “Fancy Dress Competition Theme – Patriotism” was held on 30th January 2014 for the students of Buds – Blooms to mark and remember our great warriors and leaders who fought for our country.
The students of Buds – Blooms were dressed up as freedom fighters.
The audience enjoyed the characters of Subhash Chandra Bose, Jhansi ki Rani and many more.
The competition successfully enthused the spirit of Patriotism in every student.

28th January 2014 – Annual Day Celebration
 Sachdeva Global School, Dwarka proudly celeberated its Annual Day on 28th Jan 2014 with great pomp and splendour. Commemorating the 65th Republic Day of the nation, the theme of the celeberation was “Pratibimb - A Glimpse of Bhartiya Sanskriti”.
After the inaugural lamp lighting ceremony, the programme commenced with an address by the Chief Guest, Shri S. K. Sachdeva, Chairman, Sachdeva Group of Institutions. He congratulated the school on its accomplishments and motivated everyone to continue in the relentless journey of excellence in education.
In much awaited Prize Distribution Ceremony, Shri S. K. Sachdeva, along with the Vice Chairman, Mr. Anil Sachdeva and Advisor, Sachdeva Group of Schools, Mrs. Kiran Gambhir, as well as eminent member of the management, Dr. R C Chaddha gave away scholar blazers, neckties and trophies to the deserving students. The annual newsletter, “Globalities in Action” was released by Shri S. K. Sachdeva followed by an address by the Head of the School, Mrs Novita Chopra.
The cultural programme was a fine blend of Indian traditions and global outlook. Classical dances, Fusion orchestra and musical play “Cinderella” left the audience spellbound. The grand finale was a ballet depicting the richness of Indian traditions and culture and the need for preservation of the same. This musical spectacle ended on the virtuous notes of the motto of the nation - “Satyameva Jayate”!
Release of tricoloured balloons by the honourable guests marked the culmination of the annual day and left the staff, students and parents reaffirming their pledge to leave no stone unturned to make India a true global power.
(8th – 11th) January 2014 - School Games National
 Sourabh Sangwan, a student of class VI A Sachdeva Global School, Dwarka won a Bronze medal at inter Zonal Skating Championship and Shubham Singh, a student of Class X A, having won 3 silver medal in the inter zonal skating championship, went on to participate in the School Games Federation National, held at Ameya Classic Club, Virar, Mumbai between 8th to 11th January 2014. He performed with enthusiasm n zeal.
