SPORTS DAY

Instilling the sportsman spirit in the future leaders, SGS organized its Annual Athletic Meet for classes
III – XI on November 29, 2018. Exemplary stamina, zeal and teamwork were exhibited by the young
athletes as they participated in various track and field events. Each race tested not only their muscular
strength but also portrayed a never – say – die attitude as they continued on the tracks despite the
hurdles posed and sometimes falling down in an effort to reach the finish line first.
The day came to an end as the winners were felicitated with medals and certificates. The day proved
to be a success with each participant emerging as a true winner, some flaunting their medals, others
a wonderful sportsman spirit.
