Trips and Excursions

Some of the most cherished memories of school life are created during picnics, educational trips and adventure camps, shared with friends. To ensure our students can add to this treasure trove of memories, the school organizes enriching excursions every year.

The smiling faces, sparkling eyes and joyful laughter that echo through each of these trips are the true essence of what we hold dear. Through these experiences, our students not only explore new places but also learn invaluable life lessons in sharing, caring, teamwork and time management, returning to school not just with souvenirs, but with a sense of being enriched and empowered.

As part of their extended learning, students embark on visits to a variety of meaningful destinations, including local markets, post offices, sports complexes, Bal Bhawan, Rashtrapati Bhawan, traffic parks, the Air Force Museum, the National Science Museum, as well as orphanages and old age homes as part of our Community Outreach programme. These visits are designed to broaden their understanding of the world around them, instilling a sense of curiosity and social responsibility. Links to our Trips and Excursions are provided for those interested in exploring these enriching opportunities further.

8th May 2026 - Educational Excursion to the National Science Centre (Classes VI- VIII)

The important thing is to never stop questioning.

At Sachdeva Global School, we believe that learning becomes more meaningful when students experience knowledge beyond the classroom. With this vision, educational excursions to the National Science Centre were organized for students of Classes VI, VII, and VIII on 6th May, 7th May and 8th May 2026 respectively. The visits provided students with an exciting opportunity to explore interactive exhibits, scientific models, and hands-on learning experiences. A key highlight of the excursion was the immersive ‘Science on a Sphere’ presentation, which showcased fascinating real-time visuals of the Earth, climate systems, oceans, planets, and outer space.

The excursions encouraged students to connect scientific concepts with real-life applications and future opportunities in science and technology. Through engaging demonstrations and practical exposure, students enhanced their critical thinking, observation skills, and scientific temperament. The visits proved to be both educational and enjoyable, leaving students inspired to explore the wonders of science further.
