“Our future growth relies on
competitiveness, innovation, skills
and productivity and these in turn
rely on the education of our people.”
- Julia Gillard
The “Annual School Exhibition” was held
on July 27, 2019. Students of classes
III-IX showcased their creativity and
knowledge through different models on
topics related to Mathematics, Science,
Computer Science, Robotics, Social
Science and even languages such as
Sanskrit and French.
Almost 200 models were up on display
in the school’s auditorium. Students
designed and created innovative pieces
to demonstrate– solar villages, parts of
the human anatomy, plant and animal
cell, laws of reflection of sound and
light, electro-magnetic cells,
practical applications of a
dynamo. These models were
a clear indication of how well
ANNUAL the STEM methodology has
been integrated into our
curriculum.
SCHOOL Closely followed by science,
some
were
beautiful
EXHIBITION exhibits from the field of
Mathematics, Social Science,
French and Sanskrit. Models
exhibiting the Indus valley
Civilization, landscapes, TGV train
systems, the Eiffel Tower and the
Louvre- were the main attractions in
these sections.
The Computer Science and the Robotics
section continued to display models
on innovative futuristic technologies
and artificial intelligence. The students
also displayed programmable bots and
a prototype of the home automation
solution.
This year “Digital Designing & 3D
Printing” was a new introduction to the
IT section. Students of the robotics club
were able to design innovative objects in
a short span of just two months.
The parents appreciated the whole-
hearted display of our school’s vision to
imbibe creativity, scientific methodology
and engineering into our teaching
scheme.
