The following documents in original are required to be presented for admission along with a set of self attested photo copies.
Date of Birth - Original computerized birth certificate issued by the competent authority.
Address Proof-
- Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/ Father having name of child).
- Domicile certificate of child or of his / her parents.
- Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
- Electricity bill / MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
- Aadhaar card / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
Photographs - Three Passport Size photographs of the child, father and mother / guardian.
Sibling Candidate - photocopy of the Identity Card / fee receipt of sibling studying in School.
Medical Fitness - Medical Fitness Certificate of the child
Admission process for selected candidates numbering 43 shall start on 16.2.2016 and the last date will be upto 03:00 p.m. on 18.2.2016
No. of seats left vacant out of 43 seats shall be offered to applicants in waiting list I (1 - 100) on first come first serve basis w.e.f. 19.2.2016 and admission formalities to be completed by 03:00 p.m. on 20.2.2016
In case there are still vacant seats, they shall be offered to applicants in waiting list II (101 - 200) on first come first serve basis w.e.f 22.2.2016 and admission formalities to be completed by 03:00 p.m. on 23.2.2016.
